Tony and Inii King are the driving force behind King & Partners’ strategic and creative work, crafting many of the world’s most celebrated brands, projects and campaigns. The roster includes Auberge Resorts Collection, Skims, Four Seasons, The Boca Raton, JP Morgan Chase, Blue Bottle Coffee and many, many more. As partners, they have decades of collective expertise in strategic branding and creativity, from transforming legacy brands to shaping new ones, and helping ideas come to life from concept to completion. The Kings have brought unique global and cultural perspectives to the U.S. market, Asia, and Europe. Tony is originally from the UK, while Inii was raised in Seoul before they joined forces in New York. Together, Tony and Inii King create powerful identities and growth for brands and groups worldwide.
Stephen has been the president and CFO of King & Partners since 2016. His unique combination of data-driven financial expertise and business vision allow him to foresee trends, find unexpected commercial opportunities for our clients, and guide K&P to market success. Previously, he served as an associate portfolio manager and partner at Phase Five Partners, and he has been the founder and CEO of a number of technology and consumer startups. He was a research analyst at Goldman Sachs in both the Technology and Retail Groups, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Erika is the COO of King & Partners, where she manages agency operations and oversees all accounts. She excels in leading large-scale projects with multiple, complex delivery pipelines. Our clients particularly appreciate her previous experience working on the brand side, which ensures that she always understands their needs. Before joining King & Partners, Erika worked in London, where she oversaw the creation and delivery of campaigns for luxury fashion and beauty clients including Gucci, Coty and Zara. She holds a BA in anthropology from McGill University and a project management certificate from Cornell, is PMP certified and speaks French fluently.
As managing director of King & Partners, Rob works with our clients from the very beginning, setting them on a path toward healthy, sustained growth and seeing them through every step of the journey. He has been guiding brands through conception, launch and success for over ten years. Starting in entertainment at CAA, Rob worked to create and expand celebrity and talent brands across CPG, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, sports, tech and more. Rob helps K&P clients realize and exceed their goals with a keen understanding of how to turn complex challenges into clear paths to success.
Joe is a New York City-based creative director and an expert in all aspects of branding. His extensive design and narrative storytelling background have helped him transform globally recognized brands and launch new brands to market positioned for success. He works closely with clients and colleagues to uncover ownable stories, craft unique identities, and build thoughtful design systems. Joe has led teams at both branding and advertising agencies, and was a senior lecturer at The University of the Arts. In 2013, he was the recipient of the Armin Hofmann Award for Excellence in Graphic Design. He holds a BFA with honors in graphic design and a minor in creative writing.
Minh Anh is a creative director with over twenty years of experience bringing top international brands to life in beautiful style. Her expertise is crafting thoughtful brands with meaningful physical activations and elevated print materials, packaging and signage systems. Originally from France, Minh Anh is based in King & Partners’ Paris office, where she has led projects in luxury hospitality, real estate and fashion including Auberge Resorts Collection, Nemacolin, Aurora Anguilla, Skims and JP Morgan Chase. She has also worked both at agencies and in-house in New York City. She studied visual communication in Paris at l’École Duperré and typography in Brussels at La Cambre.
Ruth is a creative director with a specialty in building luxury and hospitality brands. Her broad expertise and dynamic skill set were honed at agencies and in-house roles in London and New York. As global design director at Soho House, she led the creative department to historic success while the company expanded its global offering. She has also held creative director roles at Life House Hotels, Eleven Madison Park and Eleven Madison Home. In addition to launching hospitality projects including The Ned, Wildflower Farms, Soho Farmhouse, Dumbo House and Soho Warehouse, she has also designed stage suits for Mick Jagger and tailored cycling clothing with Rapha. Originally from the UK, Ruth is now based in NYC.
Justin is the CTO of King & Partners, where he leads our technology department. Since 2011, he has helped K&P launch beautiful, high-performance eCommerce sites, digital flagships, and apps for many prestige brands. With a BFA in film and television production and a computer applications minor from NYU, Justin has a rare gift for communicating complex technological concepts clearly and efficiently. He works closely with clients to identify their needs and engineer robust, creative solutions. He takes particular pride in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest possible coding standards.
